GCC NAVHDA Test Entry: In order to secure a testing spot, please do the following:

1. Contact the test secretary via email or phone to inquire about testing spot availability.
2. Complete this 2024 GCC NAVHDA Test Entry Form– google form: (Online Form)
3. As part of this form, you will need to fill out and upload a NAVHDA Test Entry Form (PDF Form).
4. Submit your payment as discussed below.

You must confirm availability and submit payment to secure your spot. Test fees can be paid by check or via PayPal. Please note that our Tests are filled on a first come first serve basis. You are guaranteed a slot in the Test once we receive your Entry Forms and fee before the Test is full.

Pay with PayPal
GCC NAVHDA accepts payment through PayPal for your convenience. You can pay for your Annual Chapter Membership, Test Fees and Birds during our training weekends . Sign into your PayPal account and use email address: gccnavhda.treas@gmail.com to complete your transaction. Please provide a note on what your purchase is for. Thank you!

Grand Canyon NAVHDA Chapter Test Refund Policy: Test entries will be taken on a first come first serve basis and requires full payment of the test fee and a valid NAVHDA dog registration number with your entry. Upon cancellation of a test entry, full refund less a $25 handling charge will be given up until 60 days prior to the test start date. No refunds will be given within 60 days of the test start date unless your slot is refilled by a waiting list member. In the event of an injury or illness to either the handler or dog before the test, a full refund less a $25 handling charge will be given provided proof is submitted within 10 days from the test start date in writing from a doctor or veterinarian.
