How to Register 

Step 1: Verify Availability

Contact the Test Secretary to confirm there is an open spot in the lineup for your desired test date.

Step 2: Submit Entry Forms

Once availability is confirmed, you must complete the following two forms:

  • The 2026 GCC NAVHDA Test Entry Form: Our local chapter form for logistics.

  • The NAVHDA National Test Entry Form: Found via the NAVHDA Member Portal.

Please note: While you are not required to be a member of the Grand Canyon Chapter to test with us, you must be a current member of NAVHDA International.

 

Step 3: Complete Payment

After your registration forms are received and processed, a payment link will be sent directly to you. Your spot in the test is officially secured once your payment is complete.

Utility Test  $275.00 $325.00

Refund Policy: Full refund minus $25 handling fee available up to 60 days before the test. No refunds within 60 days unless a replacement is found. Injury/illness exceptions apply.
